Home in Dover shot while eight people inside, police investigating

DOVER, Del. – An early morning shooting is under investigation in Dover.

Around 5:20 a.m. on July 11th, Delaware State Police responded to Washington Place for reported shots fired. Troopers would learn that the bullets struck an occupied house. Five adults and three children were inside at the time, but no one was hurt.
