Dover woman charged with burglarizing law office, police seeking second suspect

DOVER, Del. – A Dover woman is facing charges after police say she broke into an attorney’s office on June 8th. Police say a second suspect is still on the run.

According to police, 38-year-old Kristinia Forestieri and 67-year-old Oscar Peterson forced their way into the Conaty Law Offices. Once inside, they are accused of damaging and removing property belonging to the business.

Officers arrested Forestieri after she was found walking in the downtown area of Dover. She is facing multiple charges and is being held at Baylor Women’s  Correctional Institution. Police say Peterson is still wanted.
