Town of Snow Hill announces general election deadlines

SNOW HILL, Md. – The Town of Snow Hill is preparing for its next general election.

This year, seats on the Western and Central District Councils are up for election. Candidates must submit a request for an application to Town Hall Administrative Coordinator Kandice Ringenary by March 31 at 4:30 p.m.

Citizens may register to vote by contacting the Worcester County Board of Elections at 410-632-1320, or sending an email to Worcester.Elections@Maryland.gov. The Worcester County Board of Elections office is located at 201 Belt Street, Suite C, Snow Hill, Md. The deadline to register to vote is April 4 at 4:30 p.m.

Voters requesting an absentee ballot may call Town Hall at 410-632-2080, or email Ringenary at AdminCo@SnowHillMD.com. The deadline to submit a request for an absentee ballot is April 25 at 4:30 p.m.

The election will take place on May 6 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at 200 Belt Street, Snow Hill, Md.
