UMES STEM educator Brad Hartle teaches Good Morning Delmarva how to create a leak-proof bag

WMDT – Jake and Jordie visited UMES where STEM educator Brad Hartle showed them another kid-friendly science experiment.

This time, they learned how to make a bag of liquids leak proof!

This experiment only requires a Ziplock bag, towel, a pencil, water, and food coloring.

The food coloring is used to make the water more visible.

It’s a great way to showcase water pressure inside a bag and how it can change.

Watch the full experiment with to learn more and check out the written instructions for how to complete the experiment.
