Milford PD investigating bomb threat, Walmart closed

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police Department is investigating a bomb threat at the Milford Walmart, located at 939 N Dupont Blvd, Milford, DE 19963.

Walmart has been evacuated and is closed at this time. Police say the threat happened around 4:40 P.M. Sunday.

Police are using police K-9 dogs to sweep the building for bombs. There is no public safety threat.

Police say Walmart will open back up when the building is deemed safe to the public.
