In the video, three teens are seen on the porch listening to music. That’s when two males, armed with guns, run up and start shooting at them. Those suspects, police say are still on the loose, but continue to assure residents they don’t believe there is any additional risk to the public. Multiple community members tell me they believe it to be gang-related, but police say they can not confirm a motive.
