Community clean-up being held last weekend in November
SALISBURY, Md. – Clean-up is a top priority for a Salisbury community member.
He says it’s not just about picking up trash, but also about how we stop litter altogether.
This weekend Craig Faunce and other community members will be coming together to pick up trash. Faunce says he started out doing this himself 3 years ago, but wants to extend the measure to his community.
Faunce tells us more about what this means for the community. “We have a street cleaner that’s great, there’s 900 miles of street in Salisbury alone, they can not clean it up so it’s up to people in their communities,” Faunce said.
Fuance is still looking for more volunteers. You can join in this Saturday and meet him at the Trax Deli in Salisbury at 11:30 A.M.
