UPDATE: Critically missing Salisbury man found

7/21 UPDATE: Salisbury Police say Kevin Chen has been located and is safe.

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to locate 24-year-old Kevin Chen.

Chen was last seen walking southbound on July 7th at 8:11 A.M. on the railroad tracks adjacent to US Route 13 near Old Eden Road in Eden, Maryland.

Police say Chen is an Asian male, about 5’10, 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a dark button up shirt over a grey t-shirt and grey tennis shoes.
