DSP investigating Millsboro bar shooting

MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred last night in the Long Neck area of Millsboro.

On June 2, 2023, around 11:06 P.M. troopers responded to Paradise Grill at 27344 Bay Road for a report of shots fired. Troopers learned that several black males had been fighting with a white man inside the bar. The bouncers escorted the black males outside, however, they went back inside and attempted to fight again. The man then left the establishment with two women and as they drove out the parking lot the group of black males started chasing the car. Gunshots were fired but the car continued out the driveway. All subjects involved fled the scene.

Troopers collected numerous bullet casings from the surrounding area. No injuries were reported, and no suspects or victims were identified. Surveillance video and images are not available at this time.
