Salisbury man indicted on charges stemming from violent January carjacking
SEAFORD, Del. – A Salisbury man arrested for a violent carjacking and kidnapping of an elderly woman in Seaford earlier this year has been indicted.
According to the indictment, 24-year-old Ralph Harmon carjacked and kidnapped a victim, identified only as an elderly woman, resulting in serious bodily injury to the woman, on January 13th.
Harmon is charged with carjacking and interstate kidnapping. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of life in prison for kidnapping and 25 years for carjacking.
