NAREB expanding in central DE to promote home ownership
DOVER, Del. – In Dover affordable housing opportunities are expanding.
The Central Delaware Association of Realtist started a new chapter in the city. They plan to help bridge the gap between faith and civic communities, to help more become homeowners.
The organization wants to help more people expand their real estate portfolios and move into investments.
Which will ultimately push up the inventory of affordable housing. “The best way to address the homeless population is for community leaders and resources to come together and coalesce efforts and resources to create more affordable housing inventory, supportive based affordable housing inventory to help our homeless population come from the streets to safe shelter,” says Bishop Craid Worsham, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc Director of Faith-Based and Community Partnerships.
The ultimate goal, spreading education and awareness allows more Delawareans to become homeowners themselves. For more information about the local chapter visit their website.
