Smyrna Police investigated non-fatal shooting

SMYRNA, Del. – Smyrna Police detectives are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred late on Saturday, March 25th.

According to police around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of W North St for a reported shooting, where they found a 36-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers rendered medical aid before the victim was sent to the hospital for further treatment; where he remains there in stable condition.
Currently, there are no suspects, and detectives are receiving limited cooperation from the victim.
