Mardela hands Snow Hill first loss of the season

SNOW HILL, Md.– Mardela defeated Snow Hill in a final score of 11-5 on Wednesday afternoon.

Snow Hill would start off the game strong with a sacrifice bunt from Anthony Huslander to bring home Cole Swift for a 1-0 lead. The Eagles would plate 2 more runs in the bottom of the 2nd to take an early 3-0 lead.

That would be the last run by the Eagles for a while as the bats for Mardela would come alive in the top of the 3rd. The Warriors would take the lead in the top of the 4th with 2 RBI singles from Tyler Miller and Brady Colwell.

The Warriors would continue to keep their foot on the gas as Snow Hill’s bullpen would not have an answer for them. Mardela improves to 4-2 on the season as Snow Hill falls to 3-1.
