Kent Island hands WiHi 2nd straight loss of the season

STEVENSVILLE, Md.– Kent Island defeated WiHi in a final score of 28-13 on Friday night.

Kent Island would start off hot as they would jump out to an early 14-0 lead. Right before halftime Kasey Heath would punch it in for 6 to make it 21-0.

Now WiHi would not back down as Darius Foreman would take it over 60 yards for a rushing touchdown. The Tribe would strike again after a blocked punt, Foreman would go into the end zone again to make it 21-13. Now WiHi would try to tie late in the 4th but the pass would go through Malique Leatherbury’s hands for the incompletion.

Kasey Heath would cross the goal line again late in the game to put it officially out of reach for the Tribe.
