Hilovsky leads Del. District 4 race

DELAWARE – As Primary Election results continued to roll in Tuesday evening, Jeff Hilovsky held the lead in the District 4 race.

As of 11:15 p.m., Hilovsky led the race with nearly 61% of the vote, while Bradley Layfield held 39% of the vote.
