“We’re not a club, we’re a family:” Delmarva Rider’s RC starts GoFundMe supporting fellow biker in need

SALISBURY, Md.- Delmarva Rider’s RC has started a GoFundMe and is seeking community support for one of their own in need.

This past Wednesday, member Tig and his wife Blondie were injured in a serious motorcycle accident that resulted in injuries for both that include a broken nose, teeth knocked out, road rash,  and more.

The duo is expected to be out of work for an extended amount of time, which is why their rider family tells 47ABC they want to contribute in anyway they can.

They add that coming together in this way is just second nature to them. “We’re not a club, we’re a family. A family member has fallen and we’re right here to pick them back up,” Delmarva Riders RC Secretary Big Rai said.

“Tig and Blondie are a big part of that giving back to the community. Right now, they need our help so any help that we can get would be great appreciated,”  President of the Ladies Auxiliary Miss Jackie Durret said.
