New brewery coming to Downtown Seaford

SEAFORD, Del. – A new brewery is heading to Downtown Seaford.

Brimming Horn Meadery is announcing a brewery and restaurant right in Seaford, just one day after the Seaford City Council approved a lease agreement for the space Tuesday.

Both the town and the city say they are excited about bringing the business to the community and the town’s economic development chair says it can bring all new people to the area.

“It does a lot for downtown it helps the community as a whole they have clientele that go a big distance to get to their Milton location so their Seaford location may be better for them to visit,” said Economic Development Chair Trisha Newcomer.

They say they are shooting for an opening date sometime this fall but you may see it around sooner, as they look to attend the Seaford Third Friday celebration, serving their drinks to get to know the community.
