Somerset Health Dept. announces May COVID-19 vaccination schedule

WESTOVER, Md. – The Somerset County Health Department has released its COVID-19 vaccination schedule for the month of May.

Vaccinations will be offered every Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., as well as every Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The health department is offering 1st, 2nd, 3rd (additional) and booster doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.

Appointments are preferred but not required.

On May 20th, Somerset Health will also offer Pfizer vaccinations for ages 5 to 11 during regular clinic hours (9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.). A parent or legal guardian must be present, and second dose appointments will be scheduled on site.
