17-year-old victim of Lewes crash identified by police

MIDDLETOWN, Del. – The 17-year-old victim of a serious crash in Lewes has been identified.

Police say Dakhyi Floyd of Middletown succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to the hospital Friday afternoon. Right now, there is no update on the two teenagers who were listed in critical condition following the crash.

The crash remains under investigation by Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Anyone who has information about the crash is asked to contact Corporal Smith at (302) 703-3267.
