Part of E. Church Street in Salisbury to be closed Tuesday for water main repairs

SALISBURY, Md. – A portion of East Church Street will be closed until 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The City of Salisbury says the affected area stretches from North Saratoga Street to East main Street.

The closure is due to repairs on a leaking water main at 1104 East Church Street. Work began at 9 a.m. City officials say water service in the immediate area may be interrupted during the repair work.

Traffic, including emergency vehicles, will be redirected. Residents will have access to their homes during repairs. All locators and Central Alarm are aware of the closure.
