Snow Hill survives late charge by Decatur
SNOW HILL, Md. – Snow Hill held off a late charge by Decatur for a 60-57 victory Friday night.
Sophomore Jayden Hudson was sensational, scoring 28 points, including four 3-pointers.
Trybe Wise led Decatur with 20 points, while Brycen Coleman added 18.
Snow Hill raced to a double-digit lead in the second quarter, thanks in part to a slew of Seahawk turnovers.
Decatur cleaned up their act in the third quarter, outscoring the Eagles 26-17, and taking a slim lead into the fourth.
Hudson scored 9 of his 28 in the fourth to lift his team over their cross-county rivals.
