Police investigating serious car crash

CAMDEN, De — Delaware State Police are on the scene of a serious motor vehicle crash.

The crash happened at approximately 11:08 AM this morning on South Dupont Highway (Route 13) at Old North Road. As a result of the crash, Route 13 is closed in both directions between Old North Road and West Lebanon Road (Route 10) for emergency response vehicles on the scene. Travelers should avoid the area and use alternate routes of travel. The road closure is expected to be lengthy, with no estimated time for a re-opening.
