Multi-vehicle crash in Felton sends three to the hospital

FELTON, Del. – Three people were injured after a pile-up in Felton Saturday afternoon.

Felton Community Fire Company says around 11:00 a.m. they responded to a crash at the intersection of South DuPont Highway and Irish Hill Road. Squad 41, Rescue 55, Kent County Paramedics, and Delaware State Police also responded to the scene.

When first responders arrived, they found multiple vehicles involved in a crash at the intersection, with three people trapped in the vehicles. Crews were able to stabilize the vehicles and remove everyone trapped inside. All three patients were taken to area hospitals.
