Dover man crashes into home, charged with DUI

DOVER, Del. – A Dover man is facing multiple charges after crashing into an unoccupied home on Christmas. Police say 40-year-old Craig Walker crashed into the home in the Liberty Court neighborhood around 10:27 p.m.

Investigators say Walker was under the influence of alcohol and/or dugs at the time of the crash. When the vehicle was towed from the scene, police found a 9mm handgun, 117.7 grams of PCP, 1.7 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Walker was charged with the following crimes:

-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of PCP
-Possession of Firearm While Under the Influence
-Possession of Firearm/Ammo by Person Prohibited (2x)
-Possession of Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited (Drug Possession)
-DUI
-Reckless Driving
-Possession of Marijuana
-Drug Paraphernalia
