Ocean View homicide suspect extradited back to Delaware

OCEAN VIEW, Del. – Delaware State Police say 38-year-old Jason Meredith has been extradited back to Delaware following his arrest in connection to a homicide that took place late last month.

Meredith was extradited back to the state on Friday and is currently being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $226,000 cash only bond.

An autopsy of Cheryl Beckett-Brown was performed, revealing that her death was a homicide by gunshot wound.
