Snow Hill beats Mardela for a third time this year

SNOW HILL, Md.– The Snow Hill girls soccer team beat Mardela 2-0 on Tuesday night to claim the 1A East Section II Regional Championship.

After a scoreless first half, Snow Hill would strike first as Lillee Covington would hit it on off of her knee from a corner kick. A few minutes later off of another corner kick, Gracie West (Snow Hill) would knock a header into the net to make it 2-0.

The Eagles now await their opponent in the State Quarterfinal.
