TidalHealth, local health departments conducting community health survey

SALISBURY, Md. – Local health officials are looking for your help on a survey.

TidalHealth and Somerset & Wicomico County Health Departments are conducting their triannual Community Health Needs Assessment in accordance with the federal requirements of the Affordable Care Act. Through this survey, officials will be able to better understand community needs by hearing from different voices. The survey will show what the important issues are in Somerset, Wicomico, Worcester, and Sussex Counties.
