Easton Police arrest man after assaulting mother, shattering windshield

EASTON, Md. – A man is facing assault and malicious destruction of property charges after an incident on Saturday. Police say they responded to the 600 building of Parkway Apartments for a disturbance. Investigators say 34-year-old Kasel Seth got into an argument with his mother during the incident.

Police say Seth’s mother went outside to avoid the argument, and sleep in her car. Later, Seth allegedly went outside to confront her. That’s when police say Seth started throwing objects at this mother’s car. Investigators say as a result, her windshield was shattered. At one point during the altercation, police say Seth grabbed his mother by the throat. The damage from the incident left trash and other debris around Seth’s mother’s car.

Seth was arrested and taken to Easton Police Department to be processed and charged.
