Bethany Beach Announces 11 P.M. Juvenile Curfew

BETHANY BEACH, Del.- The Bethany Beach Town Council is announcing an update to its juvenile curfew time. The updated curfew now starts at 11 pm versus the previous curfew of 1 am.

The curfew requires that all juveniles 17 and under be supervised by a parent or a guardian when on property owned by the town, including the beach. Bethany Beach Police say the curfew will be strictly enforced.
