3 People Safe, One in Hospital after Ocean City Water Rescue

OCEAN CITY, MD- A late-night water rescue in Ocean City Friday saved four people from the water around 19th street.

Police and Ocean City Fire departments responded to a call around 8:40 pm of people in the water, and rescue swimmers were deployed and were able to pull all four people out of the water according to Ocean City Fire Department Public Information Officer Ryan Whittington.

One man was in cardiac arrest when he was pulled from the water and was transferred to Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin.
