Delaware man charged with 6 felony counts of criminal contempt of a domestic violence protective order

Felton DE- 61 year old Frederick G. Roberts Jr was charged Saturday with 6 counts of criminal contempt of a domestic violence portective order and one count of stalking.

Police say that Roberts was wanted for the 6 felony counts and put out a statement for the public to keep their eyes out for him.

Roberts was arrested without incident outside of his home in Hartly at appromixmately 6:55 pm, and then taken to Troop 3 in Camden.

He was arraigned at JP7 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $7,000.00 cash bond.
