Funeral arrangements for Delmar Police officer announced

DELMAR, Del. – Funeral arrangements for Corporal Keith Heacook have been announced.

The service will be held on Monday, May 10th, at 12 p.m., with visitation from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Both will take place at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury.
