Matt’s Fish Camp set to open third location in Fenwick Island

FENWICK ISLAND, Del. – Calling all fans of Matt’s Fish Camp! The local favorite spot for all things seafood is planning to open up their third location in Fenwick Island. Director of Operations for SoDel Concepts Matt Patton says they just recently closed on the property. Now they’re working on the early stages of construction. “I think Matt’s Fish Camp represents SoDel really well. It’s simple, humble, and delicious. A lot of crab cakes, lobster rolls, but you’ll also find some unique features here that you won’t find at the other locations,” said Patton.

The concept will be similar to the other two locations in Bethany Beach and Lewes. Patton says the team is just excited to feed bellies in Fenwick Island. “We’re really excited. We’ve been looking into Fenwick for a while. There’s a lot of locals who we would love to take care of, and there’s a lot of summer locals here in the summer season that we would also like to take care of. We’re excited to get open and start cooking some food in here,” said Patton.

There’s no exact date yet for the grand opening. But Patton says that’ll probably happen early this summer. Patton says the restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, year round. He adds there are some special surprises in the works from the restaurant’s culinary team.
