Knight roll past Tech, keep playoff hopes alive

GEORGETOWN, Del. – Sussex Central defeated rival Sussex Tech for the fifth consecutive season, winning bragging rights in the Battle for Georgetown.

Central was powered by the rushing attack of Phillip Stratton and Dion Stephens. Both backs made their way into the end zone twice, while Sean McGee returned a punt for another touchdown in the first half.

Sussex Central moves to 3-2 on the season. They will welcome Salesianum and Milford in their final two games. Sussex Tech falls to 0-3, and will play Smyrna and Delcastle to end the year.
