Delaware State Police issue traffic advisory for Old Furnace Road, drivers should avoid area

GEAORGETOWN, Del. — Delaware State Police are issuing a traffic advisory for Old Furnace road.

Police say travelers should avoid the area in between Rementer Road and Fleetwood Pond Road. An increased police presence will be seen in the area and travelers are urged to seek alternate routes of travel.

Police say this an active and on going investigation and additional information will be released once it becomes available.
