Wright’s Market hosting Fall community yard sale Saturday, they’re hoping for support

MARDELA SPRINGS, Md.- A local farmers market is getting ready to host one its very first Fall events.

Wright’s Market in Mardela Springs will be hosting a fall community yard sale from 7:30 am to 1 pm this Saturday where vendors can sell their own items.

We’re told because of the pandemic they had to cancel a lot of their major fall events.

So they say on top of giving people a sense of normalcy, they’re hoping this fall yard sale event gives their business a much needed boost.

“Our business has not been the normal business this year, but we are very, very thankful for those have supported us to get us through this summer season so we’re hoping that we can continue to count on our locals,” Michelle Wright, Co-Owner of Wright’s Market, said.

If you would like to be a vendor, there’s still some time to call and claim a spot for $5.

Also, this year the market will not be hosting their typical fall activities that they do every weekend in October, but they will be hosting a virtual agriculture education course.
