DE Vote

Polls are open in Delaware for the State Primary. If you are planning to vote in person, there will be safety protocols in place to limit the spread of covid-19.

If you vote in person, you will be asked to present identification at your polling place. If you do not present ID, and you are at your assigned polling place, you may complete an affadavit affirming your identity and will be permitted to vote.

Voted absentee and vote by mail ballots must be returned to the Department of Elections office in your County by 8PM Tuesday (the same time polls close). A secure ballot drop box is available in each office.
