Pocomoke City elections to be held Tuesday

POCOMOKE CITY, Md. – In Pocomoke City, voters will head to the polls on Tuesday to cast their vote for new leadership in the city.

Residents will be able to choose among three candidates for mayor: Susan Marshall-Harrison, Jackie Ward, and Mike Shannon. In addition, Daniel Tarr is running for a District Three council seat.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the Pocomoke Library on Market Street. If people wished to vote through an absentee ballot, those had to be sent out by last Friday at 4:30 p.m.
