Del. State Police memorial vandalism investigation continues, suspect photos released

DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the pictured individual who they say is responsible for vandalizing the Delaware State Police Law Enforcement Memorial last month.

The incident took place sometime during the overnight hours of June 15th into June 16th. The memorial was spray-painted with the words “Black Lives Matter”.

The Delaware State Troopers Association is offering a $3,000 reward to anyone who can provide information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for this incident.
