Soul Yoga owner excited to open new studio in Downtown Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md.- A Salisbury yoga studio said they’ll be moving downtown after they had to close their other location due to COVID-19.

Eva Whipple, the owner of Soul Yoga, told 47 ABC that she is taking over her husband’s space downtown, Lurking Class Skate Shop.

Whipple said because of COVID-19 she had to make some changes and close her previous Salisbury yoga studio.

However looking forward, she said she is excited to start her new journey on the Downtown plaza.

“I am excited, I’m not trying to put too much emphasis on the fact that really was kinda something I had to do because honestly it’s a really good opportunity because I’ve always wanted to be downtown,” Whipple said.

Whipple said that her husband’s shop will move into the City Center space on the opposite side from his shop now.

She hopes to be able to open her new studio by the end of summer.
