ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Governor Larry Hogan held a press conference on Tuesday to provide updates on actions the state is taking during the coronavirus pandemic.

During the press conference, Hogan announced a new executive order that gives local health departments the authority to take action against any businesses, establishments, organizations, and construction sites they deem unsafe and/or not following social distancing guidelines.
