Ocean City public buildings closing to the public

OCEAN CITY, Md. – With the first positive case of the coronavirus being confirmed in Worcester County, Ocean City leaders are taking additional precautions to help keep their residents and employees safe.

Beginning today, March 20th, public access to City Hall, the Convention Center, and Northside Park’s Recreation Complex is prohibited. Town employees will continue to work to provide services over the phone, as well as online and by email.

Mayor Rick Meehan and the City Council are also urging visitors not to travel to Ocean City at this time.
