Del. fugitives arrested on drug charges

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police arrested two wanted people on multiple charges Tuesday morning.

According to police, at around 10:15 a.m., 39-year-old Robert Lewis was taken into custody during a traffic stop. Lewis was wanted on a drug dealing warrant out of the Milford Police Department. During the stop, police also arrested 28-year-old Amanda Chen, who was wanted on court capiases. A search of the vehicle and both suspects revealed crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and cash related to the sale of illicit drugs.

Lewis was charged with manufactures, delivers, or possesses with intent to manufacture, deliver a controlled substance, third degree conspiracy, possess, consume a controlled or counterfeit substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $10,000 cash bail and $1,400 secured bail.

Chen was charged with third degree conspiracy, criminal impersonation, possess, consume a controlled or counterfeit substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held on $2,800 cash bail and $900 secured bail on her court capiases.
