Renee Peshoff Named November’s Teacher Who Makes a Difference
SALISBURY, Md. – Congratulations are in order for Renee Peshoff, who was awarded as November’s Teacher Who Makes a Difference.
Miss Peshoff is a second grade teacher at Glen Avenue Elementary School, who transforms her classroom everyday to make it more fun and engaging for her students.
Miss Peshoff is known for dressing up as a unicorn and having a giant spider web in her classroom to help students learn. She says being a teacher has been her dream ever since she was little.
“Teaching has been something I’ve wanted to do my entire life,” Peshoff said. “I’ve always wanted to be a teacher ever since I was a little girl, so just coming to work every day and doing what I love has been incredible and these kids this year I mean they’re amazing, they make more of a difference in my life than I make in their life every day.”
The Teacher Who Makes a Difference Award is brought to you in part by Atlantic Physical Therapy.
