UPDATE: Suspect wanted on drug and weapon charges arrested

LAUREL, Del. – A Delaware man is facing drug and weapon charges after turning himself into Delaware State Police on Wednesday, December 4th.

Police were searching for 50-year-old Gary S. Spicer following the execution of a search warrant in Laurel on Tuesday, December 3rd at a home on the 2800 block of Seaford Road.  Spicer turned himself in on an active warrant out of Troop 4 and has been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a deadly weapon by person prohibited, two counts of possession of a deadly weapon by person who also possesses a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The 50-year-old was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on $25500 unsecured bond.
