Santa’s Wonderland is bringing back holiday cheer in Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. — It’s the most wonderful time of the year and the oak Ridge Baptist Church here in Salisbury isn’t holding back.

Once again, the Oak Ridge is hosting Santa’s Wonderland for the 8th year in a row. This is a holiday event you just don’t want to miss.

47 ABC’s Erica Murphy was joined on the desk by director, Heather Smith and the one and only Santa Claus.

The three day event is a frozen wonderland filled with thousands of lights and dozens of Christmas characters that is sure to get you and your entire family in the holiday spirit.

Smith tells us that children get to make fun Christmas crafts, enjoy watching holiday movies in the Christmas theater and storytelling time with Mrs. Claus.

Guests also get to treat themselves to hot chocolate and Christmas cookies.

You also get to meet with the big guy, Santa himself.

Delmarva’s largest free Christmas experience is free! It will run December 5th and 6th from 5 PM to 8 PM and December 7th from 2 to 6 PM.

For more information on the event, you can visit their website at www.santaswonderland.net or call 410-742-4424.
