SALISBURY, Md. – A late run propelled Delmar past Mardela in a highly competitive game to open the 2019 Governors Challenge, 62-57.

Delmar held the lead for most of the game, but a Zach Mills basket and ensuing free throw gave Mardela its first lead with 3:30 left in the game. The Wildcats closed out the game on a 13-7 run to put Mardela away.
