Snow Hill ‘pop up’ restaurant expected to open soon

SNOW HILL, Md. – An initiative to bring a pop-up themed restaurant to Snow Hill is almost complete. Back in May, 47 ABC reported about the idea of the soon to be ‘Changing Palate‘. This is a restaurant that will allow young entrepreneurs to rent out the building for as long as they’d like. So far project managers say the kitchen is about 90% renovated with new wallboards and floors. They’re also set to get a new stove and fridge within the next couple of weeks. And they say it’s only a matter of time before this new restaurant takes the town by storm.

“We have one person who wants to do authentic Mexican, one person who wants to do a wine and appetizers and cheese tasting that’s going to be fun. We are very close to our last big step which is a huge massive clean and little bit of redecorating and then will be open for business,” said Diana Nolte.

Nolte adds that if all goes as planned, the pop-up restaurant will be open by the end of the year.
