Get the crackin’ at the Greater Ocean City Chamber of Commerce’s 15th Annual Crab Feast

OCEAN CITY, Md. — Get Ready Delmarva because the Greater Ocean City Chamber of Commerce is throwing their annual Crab feast. This morning, 47 ABC’s Erica Murphy was joined on the desk by Lisa Layfield to chat about the upcoming food event.

Lisa, who’s the Events Director for the OC Chamber, tells us that this will be there 15th Annual “ALL-U CAN EAT CRAB FEAST.” The all out food event is next Thursday, October 10th, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The feast will be held at the Blu Crabhouse & Raw Bar, which is on 24th Street in Ocean City, Md. Lisa tells Erica the service at this restaurant is superb, so be prepared to be wined and dined.

Now, there is a fee to feast at this community event. Lisa says admission is $45 per person, $20 per child ages 5-12, and kids 4 and under eat for free! Lisa says there are no refunds on the tickets and if you are with a large group, they asks you to please reserve your tickets together to be seated together.

With that payment, you are guaranteed a reserved seat, steamed blue crabs, fried chicken, corn, potatoes, shrimp, desserts, spirits and more. She suggests all to come hungry because your bellies will be full once you leave.

On top of the food, there will also be door prizes and a 50/50 raffle.

Lisa says all of Delmarva are welcome to register for the event. She says they are limited to 400 tickets and are already at their halfway mark, so hurry and register!

For more information on the event, tickets, or where to register, you can visit their website at www.oceancity.org, and go click on the “Chamber Events” tab. Tickets are also available at the Rt. 50 Visitor’s Center.
