Lake Forest takes down Wilmington Friends to stay undefeated

FELTON, Del. – Lake Forest picked up their first win in school history against Wilmington Friends 16-7.

Both teams had a hard time getting the ball moving in the first half, but Isaiah Johnson secured a 4-yard touchdown in the first quarter. Kade Collins tacked on a field goal in the late stages of the half to make it 9-0 at the break.

Friends was able to find the endzone in the later stages of the fourth, but Johnson tacked on another late rushing score to seal things for the Spartans.
